avocado salad

with my spring travel adventures upon me, comes my insatiable desire to eat everything, every where i go.  so when i'm home, i try to make my meals, quick, simple, and healthy.

what's quicker, simpler, and healthier than an avocado salad that contains just about 5 ingredients? not much.

  • Avocado, diced
  • Tomato, diced
  • Basil, roughly chopped
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all your ingredients into a bowl, mix, eat immediately, or you can let all the flavors marry in the fridge for about an hour.
